Well, we’ve set-up a special one-on-one Registration Support team for people interested in using the Arise Platform, but are not sure what to do next in the registration process. Support is offered through a web conferencing platform accessible through the Internet, called Blackboard. The dates and times are listed below, and instructions for how to use and connect to “Blackboard” where the Registration Support team will be waiting to virtually provide support as well.

A CSP ID is a number that was given to you when you created your account through the Arise portal. This number can be found under "Profile" in the top right hand corner of your Arise portal.
